• 8.3 You acknowledge that GIL Learning, our agents and suppliers may retain copies of any and all communications made to Us or using Our System.
• 8.4 You acknowledge that any information you send to Us through Our System may be modified by Us or our agents or suppliers in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information. • 11.1 If you successfully complete an Online Course, We will issue you a Certificate of Completion. The Certificate of Completion represents that you have successfully satisfied the standards and criteria set by Us. The Certificate of Completion does not represent, and is not a warranty or guaranty by Us, that you have fulfilled any requirements, coursework or proficiency standards of any licensing bodies or boards, or satisfied any standards other than those set by Us. You agree not to misrepresent to anyone or any company the scope of the Online Course or what the Certificate of Completion represents. If you violate the terms of this provision, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Us, our agents and suppliers for any third-party claims or actions arising from your statements, work, the Online Courses or the Certificate of Completion, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
